  Returns We believe in our products and offer a 100% money back guarantee. All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund and must include your original packing slip. Please allow 10 days after we receive the item to process your refund. Please Note: We will not refund on garments that have been worn or when the tags have been removed. There will be a fee for any item that is not returned in the same condition as it was received. A 20% fee will apply for returns past 30 days.

Exchanges:Please place another order online and send your original purchase back to us for a refund or you can return your original purchase and include a note advising you want to exchange.

    Shipping Policy Most items ship via UPS. All shipments require a signature You may have your parcel shipped to your work address if this is more convenient.You must provide the business name in the shipping information. No refunds are given on shipping charges including parcels returned due to lack of signature.
    If you are unable to sign for your package UPS will leave a notice on your door. Upon receiving the notice please contact UPS and arrange for another delivery date or a pick up at the nearest UPS office. Your parcel will be held for 5 days at UPS before returning the parcel.
    We can not control the weather, neither can UPS... express charges are non refundable if shipment is delayed by weather conditions while in route.

    Most items usually ship the day after your order is placed. Please keep this in mind when ordering express shipping. UPS calculates on working days only. You can select which shipping method you prefer when checking out. At times the system may calculate an incorrect shipping charge which will be corrected manually. Recalculations will always apply to multiple items such as coats and throws when express 2 or 3 day service is selected. Large boxes are calculated by dimensional weight and can not be calculated with online checkout. We will calculate the best price available.

    SIZING. Many styles have 8 sizes! We want to help you get the right fit the first time and have provided a size chart on most every garment. We also describe the fit since so many garments vary in style, design and size. If you need further help in the sizing...please do not hesitate in calling. The size chart is located directly under the size and quantity selection.

    ORDER STATUS: We make it easy to track the status of your order. Once your order is placed and you have created a password simply log on to your account for updated information, using the "My Account" link in the lower right corner. Your order will be one of the following:
  • New Order: Recently placed. Not yet processed.
  • Processed: This means your order is complete. Forwarded to shipping and preparing for pick up.
  • Shipped: Click on "View Order" and you will see a ups tracking number. You can track your order under ups.com We also send an email at the time your order is shipped with tracking information
  • Hold: Click on "View Order" Here you can get information as to why your order is on hold. Reasons would be that further information is needed or we need to speak with you.
  • Cancelled: This means either you or the company has cancelled the order. Further information can be found when you click on "View Order"
